Our Story

FedCentric Technologies LLC, a Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business and HUB Zone Small Business, was founded in 2005, with a simple focus: To provide solutions to the most difficult business applications, those that exceed the capabilities of traditional approaches.

We pioneered the use of In Memory DataBase (IMDB) software using large memory systems. FedCentric deployed a 6 TB system using Oracle TimesTen, for enterprise-wide use at the United States Postal Service back in 2007.

Today, FedCentric continues to lead the way, deploying large memory systems with:

  1. Graph Database
  2. No SQL Database
  3. General Purpose Graphic Processor Units (GP-GPUs)
  4. GPU Database
  5. Machine Learning

FedCentric is proud to be certified by the U.S. Small Business Administration as a Historically Underserved Business Zone (HUBZone). The HUBZone program helps small businesses in urban and rural communities gain preferential access to federal procurement opportunities.

FedCentric’s College Park, MD HUBZone office employs PhDs, graduate students, and college interns from the University of Maryland and the surrounding area.  This highly technical workforce has worked on problems as diverse as genomics, pediatric cancer, Zika virus, cyber security, graph analytics, machine learning, high performance computing (HPC), and high performance data analytics (HPDA).

Corporate Philosophy – “We Solve the Most Difficult Big Data Applications.”

We provide enabling technology, and expertise, including; High Density Computing, Memory Centric Processing and GPU processing, to solve the most demanding problem sets. Requirements that can be satisfied with traditional approaches, in-house teams and current relationships, are simply not our focus.

We have experience in delivering breakthrough technologies to the largest organizations.

We provide enabling technology and expertise including: High Density Computing, Memory Centric Processing, and GPU Processing to solve the most demanding problem sets. Requirements that can be satisfied with traditional approaches, in-house teams, and current relationships are simply not our focus.

We have one objective: meeting and exceeding your requirements. We place customers at the center of what we do. For example, we accelerated an application from 6500 objects per second to over 1.2 million objects per second, while maintaining a 24/7 mission critical environment for a large government customer.
